Wisconsin established the world's first Workers Compensation system in 1911.

Although Attorney Paul M. Erspamer doesn't go back quite that far, he has earned a reputation of respect for providing good advice and skilled, careful and well-prepared representation of working men and women in workers compensation claims.

If your physician recommends that you consider a career change due to a work-related injury, OR if you need to pursue a re-training or apprenticeship program to find work which pays you a wage similar to your earnings before your injury, OR if your injury requires you to remain away from work on a long-term basis.
